This is on the bench due to blown finals or a stuck relay or something.
The seller wrote "with 12 volts on the rig, in receive mode it's drawing 9 amps.
It does hear OK though. This is not good. There is a 4 amp fuse inside the radio
that pops. The radio was kept in a clean, warm, smokeless room. I called the
Alinco Company, and they told me it might have a relay stuck or broke."
